On-grid
Connected to the city’s system.

Short answer- using less, sustainable products, energy efficient appliances, and potentially off-grid systems.
Hands down the biggest impact is having less. Using 45% less energy than the standard household. Through our studies of sustainability over the past 2 years we found it comes down to consumption use. In the last 50 years, energy consumption has increased 13-fold. We are 85% sure we will be completely off-grid and net positive. A lot of this depends on location which affects the off-grid systems cost. As we continue to develop more of the business our mission stays true with sustainability focused.
Short answer- maybe.
As we continue to develop our business from our target market’s feedback we may offer packages that make our experience more turn-key for the customer.
It is our priority to have a convenient location that is close to hiking paths, fishing areas, zip-lining, restaurants, and more! Our goal is to save you commuting time to outdoor activities. We plan to be close to activities, but into the sticks about a half mile to be secluded. On the property we will have activities, private paths, and more.
500 feet with landscaping and trees between the tiny homes. We want to provide a different level of being secluded than our competitors do.
As of now, yes. We plan to explore more unique structures in the future.
